I think the final word is for E-M not to be a double
planet, because the barycenter [baricenter?] of the system
lies inside the Earth.

[hmmm... question: _when_ will E-M become a double planet?
I guess sometime in the next 10 billion years :-)]

Pluto-Charon, OTOH, would be a double something, because
the barycenter is outside Pluto.
