(And I'm glad that I'm not the only one who has seen Monster.) Over the last few months I have been exploring the world of fansubs via BitTorrent. By now I've seen every episode that exists of Naruto and Bleach, am hoping to find a group with something resembling a complete Konjiki No Gash Bell. The whole cottage industry vs. entertainment industry resembles a complicated game of tic-tac-toe with the entertainment cos licensing to block. I prefer not to download licensed materials and am currently purchasing FullMetalAlchemist and Gantz sets and I already have the set of Elfen Lied. A while back I ran across a very professionally subbed series, Monster. 74 episodes of engrossing psychological thriller. Thematically the story is similar to the old 60s series The Fugitive, but with quite a bit more meat to chew on. Actually the Fugitive in comparison is simplistic and cartoony. Monster is to put it simply, one of the finest television series of any kind I have seen. The plot is gripping and the number of times I was completely caught offguard by twists kept me guessing and second guessing all through the series. And it appears that New line wants to make a film version for next year: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0469469/ xponent Rose Mansion Maru rob _______________________________________________ http://www.mccmedia.com/mailman/listinfo/brin-l
