That doesn't work, not until they have the same ideas as you. Even then, given that they came up within the system, following the usual routes, their choices are limited by the system itself. For any far-reaching change, you need a wide-enough popular base of support to make any accidents or disappearance more troublesome than the thoughts you are preaching.
