It doesn't look like the clouds here are in any hurry to clear by the time the transit starts (19:12 GMT which for US viewers is 2:12 pm EST or 1:12 pm CST or 12:12 pm MST or 11:12 am PST), so if that seems to be the case where you are or you are stuck at a computer rather than being able to go outside or don't have a telescope available, here's a link to a webcam from Hawaii that is supposed to webcast the transit as seen from there (where it will be a morning event beginning at 9:12 am):
