But I think you _did_ get a bit after all, no?  (Not
that I'd wish an ice-storm on anyone - way too
dangerous!)

Last weekend the storm was smaller, but still resulted
in a neighbor's Jeep (used to plow) shredding its
clutch.  <sigh> They're predicting yet another hit
this weekend, and although forecasts are '1-3 inches,'
that's what they said last week -- we got 8-12.

<groan>  We certainly are on *somebody's* hit list;
friends who've been here 20+ years say this is the
longest stretch of storm-waves they can recall
(admittedly, a mere blip of time in climate terms).

Today I'll restock groceries...again.
