It won't be a gene, it'll be a large group of linked genes. If it 
exists. Also, why assume that atheists "lack" any gene, for all the 
evidence presented they might have, say, hyperactive production of 
something...

I don't believe that it's anything to do with genetics, frankly, 
beyond base personality types.
