Well, since no one else has spoken up on this, I feel compelled to briefly
reappear from lurkerdom to say, "Ouch."  :-)

BTW, I'm not of Mexican descent, but I do love food from all around the
world, and I celebrated Cinco de Mayo by eating at a very good authentic
Mexican restaurant.  The cook was from Nuevo Vallarta, near Puerto Vallarta
around Banderas Bay on the west coast of Mexico, and he made a ceviche with
red snapper, chiles, and mango that was *exquisite.*

Okay, I'm relurking now.  Back to work for me.
