He said that he would use diplomacy, etc. but that as a last resort (and he was pretty specific about it being a last resort) that he would be tough and go after aQ in Pakistan with Pakistan's consent, in the unlikely event that such action would be needed. I guess that takes care of Obama's turn to be quoted out of context.
