Yup, the approval rating of congress has dipped below that of Bush,
but here's an interesting tidbit from pollingreport.com:
"Do you have more confidence in President Bush or in the
Democrats in Congress to deal with the major issues facing the
country today?"

From this perspective, the story is quite a bit more balanced, and
it would appear that people aren't quite sure what to make of this
