One of the things the Internet has brought is live cameras in lots of places... big vegetation fire near us and it's quite visible from Hamcam 2, at the Lick Observatory on Mount Hamilton. As it gets dark here, the glow from the flames is becoming visible. They say this has the potential to become a very big fire. The smoke is quite impressive from our house, a good 20 miles away.
