Tomorrow is the general election for mayor. Nine candidates are running. If there is no clear winner, the two top candidates will participate in a runoff election three weeks later.
I just got a call in which a pre-recorded voice asked "If the runoff election were held today, would you vote for <the incumbent> or <a particular challenger>?"
