I heard from a friend who lives in a co-op west of Guadalupe that there had been large hail there, and that the number of broken windows in Austin numbered in the *thousands*. > A neighbor said they were outside when it really hit and their ears popped. > I saw two signs down in opposite directions, so I think we were in a > tornado too, but my latest check of the news did not mention a tornado. I don't think we're going to need anything we can't get from Home Depot except whatever we might need a professional for. (I'm wondering if we're going to need to order a dumpster for the shed remains; if so, we probably ought to call our usual garbage pickup company, I see their dumpsters at construction sites frequently, and we've had very good experiences with them up to now. And if that happens, we'll just holler to half the freaks in Austin, and 20 of them will show up, 3 with chainsaws.)
