false assumtion, john. we are the wealthiest country in the world. look at
all the waste in the defense department and we still have the best military in
the world. look at the progress in emergency care that has advanced because of
iraq. with appropriate transparency, accountability and elimination of fraud
and waste the increased amounts of resources targeted for the health care
delivery system would produce fantastic quality and innovation...
