I became a convert to DDP some years ago, after I found a local source
for it. It's the only soft drink I have at home now, and I have one
friend who has been known to randomly bring me one every once in a
while, and another recent acquaintaince who chose a nickname for me
based on it.

(I grew up in Texas, though, and had grandparents who lived in Waco
and kept a stash of Dr Pepper in the fridge. The Dr Pepper I grew up
with only survives today in the form of Dublin DP, so I guess for me
the attachment is a little sentimental.)

little worse and sell a little cheaper, and the people who consider
price only are this man's lawful prey." -- John Ruskin
