You are *quite* fortunate, Charlie -- he was in Austin once, and I
got to
have lunch with him, but that was it. (He stayed with Marvin and his
wonderful wife.) I consider myself lucky that I got just that much
time
with him.
He visited for a week - spent a couple of days with us kicking round
Melbourne (we had a very full flat with my best man and his other half
there too!) and came out on my stag do, then IIRC trundled off to
Canberra to meet a friend. He came back for the wedding, and hung out
with me and my best man. Was a top few days. Hope to repay the favour
one day and hang out in Seoul. :-)
Oh yeah - I picked him up from the airport on a Saturday am, we drove
70km straight to Healesville Sanctuary from the airport 'cause that
was the only way he'd get to see 'roos and koalas and platypuses in
his week in Oz! Nuts. :)
