I thought that _Already Existed_ & was called "Negima!, Magister Negi
Magi", an ongoing Manga series.
Probably not. I'm about 15 chapters in to Harry
Potter and the Method of Rationality, and recommend
it highly. A lot of its genius is that it stays
very close to the original books. (So it's best
appreciated by those who've read at least one of
those books.)
