HI Alex,
I recently used "dia" to create some UML diagrams. I tried generating
the UML automatically from Moose-based classes with mixed success. I had a
look at Autodia [1] at the time - I think it will generate a blob of UML
entities for you and then you can arrange them nicely by hand. Good luck
with your dissertation - sounds like a great application for Perl.
