Hi All,
   At the last few Perl meets there seems to have been much talk of 
exercise and fitness, with a load of us getting into shape :) I came 
across a youtube video a few months back called "The TSC 300 Challenge":-

   Seems like a good all round goal for strength and fitness without the 
need for gym membership or special equipment. The points system allows 
you to easily track your progress and set goals. Can't say I've tried it 
yet, can't manage much more than 10 straight legged chin ups at the 
moment, but I'm interested enough to give it a go at some point.
