I've been having some echo problems on calls made via a quadgsm card. I'm
using bristuff-0.4.0-RC4-xr6 as the gsm patches aren't in xr7.
The oslec kernel module is loaded before zaptel and I have echocancel=yes
in zapata.conf
However I'm still hearing faint echo on the line, it doesn't seem to
change whether oslec module is loaded or not leading me to wonder whether
echo cancellation is happening at all...
I'd much appreciate it were anyone disposed to give me a few tips on
tracing the problem, /proc/oslec/info claims "no echo canceller being
monitored - make a new call" further supporting my suspicion that no
echo cancellation happens on gsm channels.
