Under The Influence (UTI) Retire After much deliberation and after reaching consensus amongst the team, UTI have decided to retire with immediate effect. Originally formed as an indoor team in 1995, UTI re-joined in 1997 to enjoy considerable domestic success outdoors. UTI have always comprised of a geographical spread of players who have travelled far & wide to practice & play. But increasingly, these travel demands & personal commitments have made practising more difficult & as such we feel unable to improve (or even sustain) our high standard of play as a team. Unwilling to compromise the quality of our Ultimate, we've decided to call it a day & "go out at the top". The team would like to thank all those who played for UTI over the years & contributed to the unforgettable experience. UTI would also like to thank all those teams we've played, & especially those against whom we've had some epic contests: most notably Shotgun, Chevvy, Dough, & of course, Catch 22. It's been an honour & a pleasure, guys. As individual players, you'll still see us around, we may even be on the same pitch, but for once, UTEEs may be on opposing teams.
