I've already had a great response from folks wanting to host co-ed events.  But, as always, I can use more, if you're interested.
 
The details:
 
OK- first the available dates:
April 21-22
April 28-29
May 26-27
June 30-July 1 (follows Tour 3, so not the best dates)
July 7-8 (coincides with Europeans, so again not the best dates)
July 28-29 (follows tour 4, so not the best dates)
any August weekend
Nationals in September- (as far as I know, open nationals has not been set
yet, so right now it's any weekend)

You need to provide as a minimum-  4 to 6 pitches and showers.  Add-ons like
camping, food, and a party are very much appreciated.  Expect tournaments of
12-16 teams, you can go larger if you wish and there is demand.  You will be
expected to enforce roster rules, which are going to be a bit more strict
that last year- but this should not be a huge work load.  You simply have to
collect rosters and possibly DQ teams without adequate players.
Details of roster rule 'imrovements' will be announced on Britdisc soon.
 

There isn't a 'proper' bidding process.  First come, first served, as it
were.  If you have a site, make a provisional booking, email me the dates
and info, and I'll try to get back to you within 24 hours.  Then it's a matter
of getting it on the BUF list.  That's all!

I'm looking to hold at least 3 'tour' events and a nationals, but if you
want to have more- cool!!  I wish I could play, but the bump will be too
big.  As such, I can't guarantee that I'll be able to make it to your event,
but I'll do my best if the travel is reasonable.
