Today's update (on thursday play) for those who can't (be bothered to) look
on the web.
Liquidisc (1st seeds) lost to Mir san Zamperl (9th seeds) in a tight and
exciting game.
Open pool B
Clapham have continued winning (5 - 0 so far). As are Skogshddans (which is
why Dave is so interested in that result from today). Neither Chevy or
Druids added a win, although both ran Flying Angels fairly close, and Druids
had a tight game against Red Lights, 15-17.
So Clapham still at the top, Chevy dead centre at 4th, and Druids at the
bottom (as seeded, but still disappointing).
Open pool D
Red lost to Fusion in a sudden death match, 13-14. But Red won against
Craic, 17-7, while Fusion lost to TheBigEZ, 4-17. So ending the day with one
win each. Leeds are still winning.
Leeds are top, Red 2nd, Fusion are 5th.
Juniors
UK beat Finland, 16-8, France beat Sweden in sudden death, 15-14. Which
leave France at the top (5 - 1) and UK 2nd (3 - 3). So UK - sweden today as
a semi!
Womens
Bliss win again. and again .... Semis next.
Mixed
Both BAF and Strange Blue won and lie 3rd in their pools (5 - 2). BAF's was
a tight 17-15 game against Cus Bologna.
