Chris,
The full proposal is at http://www.ukultimate.com/docs/assoc.htm
Under sixteens cannot be full members. The legal implications of holding
their details are too scary for us.
We will ask the teacher to become a member and give them a special schools
pack. We might well subsidise this heavily if we can afford to. Expect to
pay anything between zilch and maybe 50 with discs, coaching manual, etc
thrown in. To be organised by the new board of directors.
