I agree with the idea of having women on women at every opportunity, but as it has
been pointed out it will not always be feasible. Why not get people to arrange more
women's indoor tourneys as you don't need many women, and none student women can help.
We had a women's tournament last year, where experienced players split up and put 1 or
2 experienced women on each beginners team to help with the handling side of it. And
then reformed to do 1 demo game against the men... to prove that women can play at
a competitive level.
This seems like the best way to encourage during the indoor season!
