Sorry, can't honour that request to keep your head... To be fair there are plenty of Student-only tournaments which us oldies can't enter so the fact that some of you can't make Tour 2 'cos of exams should be something you have to sort out.
Also, every year we see student teams entering Tours 1 and 2, then all the players go home for the summer and they don't enter Tours 3 and 4. This means they ruin the chance for open teams to get a true national ranking, because they fill up places in Tours 1 and 2 and then don't finish the season. What we need are more non-Tour events being organised over the summer because the situation at the moment means that if you don't have enough girls in your club to play co-ed then you miss out on half of the tournaments of the summer. If there were more of these 'fun' events then maybe students teams wouldn't mind missing Tour 2 because of exams? We're going to organise one, so let's have some more. Tour II also seems to clash heavily with student exam time in Nottingham. Is that a strong enough argument to look at moving Tour II to another date? Before I get my head bitten off, I know the diary was organized around other international events, I just wondered if there's scope at this point to make changes to accomodate other popular continental tournaments.
