Dear all
The time has come to fill in some of the blanks about the weekend's
activities. I am sending a second e-mail, and attaching a 200k file to it
with directions to the sports venue, but this e-mail has gone to the individual addresses supplied by the teams. If anyone has any problems receiving
this file, then let me know as soon as possible, and I can get a text only
version sent to you ASAP. When you are at the venue on Saturday, I will get
you some directions to the party venue for later on, and there should be
plenty of locals to direct you to anywhere you need.
The seedings for the tournament are listed below, and if there are any huge inaccuracies, then please let me know as soon as you can, so that something can be done about it.

There will be a brief Captains Meeting at 8:55am on the Saturday morning,
but the important thing is to turn up in time for your own first game. There
will be packs available for all the teams, and these can be collected from
the desk. The first games for teams are as follows:
9:05 Bears, Mwnci See, Whiplash, Bears 2;
9:24 Purple Haze, Jesters, Baboom, Chuft;
9:43 Trigger Happy, Slipdisc 2, Uriel, Kamaya Maya;
10:02 The Fish, WAS, Slipdisc, Block Stack;
10:21 Bears 1, Sublime, Whiplash, MMJ;
10:40 Purple Haze, Flyght Club, Baboom, The Airforce;
The games will be split onto 2 smaller pitches on Saturday until 3:30pm, and
briefly on Sunday morning, but the other times will be on a larger single
pitch. There will not be huge amounts of room on the sidelines when two
pitches are operating, so please respect the teams that are playing and try
not to encroach.
There will be a bar upstairs at the venue, and there should be some hot and
cold food available during the day.
The party will be at TC's in Selly Oak, and directions will be given out in the Captains packs.
