NEW VENUE FOR GB PRACTICE
Please pass this on to others who are going to practice tomorrow.
My apologies for the late notice but I have only just been able to get in touch with
Banbury school.

GB practice on 9th November is being held at a new venue as all other venues
are waterlogged. This has been organised at late notice, so you WILL be
short of the things you normally expect. There will be no changing
facilities or refreshments, so bring towel, dry clothes, black bin bag, food
and drink for the whole day. Nowhere even to get snacks, so be warned.

Please also respect the fact that this is a boarding school with pupils in residence.
Please take away all your litter and belongings at the end of the day.

The venue is
Sibford School
Sibford Ferris
Banbury
Oxfordshire
OX15 5QL

It will take 20 minutes to get to Sibford School from Banbury.

Follow directions as per Banbury School. DO NOT GO THOUGH BANBURY TOWN
CENTRE. Its a nightmare at the moment. From the Horton General Hospital, go
up Horton View towards banbury School. Instead of going straight on into
Ruskin road, TURN RIGHT onto Springfield Avenue. Go to the end turn right and
immediate left onto Queensway. Go down hill towards roundabout, At
roundabout turn left onto "Broughton Road" B4035.

Go through Broughton, Tadmarton, Swalcliffe. As you come out of Swalcliffe
go for 1/2 mile . Do not take 1st or second left. Instead take 3rd left turn
which forks left signposted Sibford Post Office. Go into Sibford Ferris past
post office on Right hand side. Down hill, you'll see an old building
covered in scaffolding and tarpaulin, before you get there, there is a left
turn which takes you up to Sibford School. To find parking and fields, go up
the drive, turn right at T junction, then first left. Fields are pretty
obvious.

The roads you travel down in this neck of the woods are not A roads, so take
care and get there in plenty of time. For the old timers out there, it
should remind you a little of trying to find Chew Magna for the first time!
