Hi, Just a quick note to those arriving on Friday. We are meeting in a pub called The Hobbit, on Bevois Valley road. People will be there from around 8pm, directions below:
Directions to the meet point on Friday night Get to Junction 5 on the M27. Take the exit labelled Southampton A335, and stay in the inside lane. Go straight through the first set of lights (watch out for the red light camera!), and turn left at the next set labelled City Centre / Portswood A335. You should go straight past a Shell (on the other side of the road). Keep going through several lights until you pass a Traffic Information sign (the ones that tell you about accidents). Keep going... DONT take the right filter at the traffic lights immediately after the info sign. At the following lights the road bends round to the left in order to filter onto Bevois Valley Road. As you filter on, the very first building on your left is The Hobbit. Carry on slightly down the road (about 20 metres) and there is a car park on the right hand side. Pull in and run to the bar to order!
