REMINDERS TO MEMBERS OF UK ULTIMATE ASSOCIATION
1. RE: 2003 SUBSCRIPTIONS BY 01 APRIL 2003 subscription fees are to be paid prior to playing at any official UKU Tournie - with Tour 1 on the horizon please make sure your team has paid their UK Ultimate fees. UKU subscription fees will be accepted after this deadline. However the Administrator cannot guarantee that these fees will be fully processed prior to Tour 1. HOW TO PAY: . Make your cheque payable to 'UK Ultimate'. Write your NAME & your REGISTRATION NUMBER on the back of your cheque & send this cheque for �25 (�16 for students) to the address below: UK Ultimate Administrator 44 Swinegate Grantham Lincs NG31 6RL Or via Electronic Transfer : You must make sure that your bank includes your REGISTRATION NUMBER & NAME as the payment reference with this transaction!! RE: UKU REGISTRATION NUMBERS All 2002 members, whatever their membership type, retain (KEEP) their original UKU registration number. If you've forgotten this number, check your team roster on www.ukultimate.com Quite a number of players have, perhaps unintentionally, created themselves a second registration number. If Team captains can please check their UKU team rosters (Outdoors) & please let me (NJ) know of any players with more than one reg. no? or players that should no longer be on your roster - again by 01 April, that's if you want your roster accurate for T1 3. RE: UKU BOARD ELECTIONS Ballot forms/votes must be received by 4pm on 29 March - refer to your team captain for details if you've not had these. You must include both your name & reg. no on these forms. 4. TEAM CAPTAINS/ORGANISERS Please check with all your players that they have UKU membership, prior to playing at ANY UKU official tournament. Please also check your roster is accurate. 5. ENQUIRIES TO UKU ADMIN Please be patient - I work for UKU just one day a week - so may not be able to deal with your enquiry straight away. Don't leave it til the day before T1 to sort out the above.
