I know the answer to this question... The details
are actually all in the Tour Rules (the 2002 Rules are somewhere [but not
obviously linked] on the UKU website) !
One of the things on my "To Do" list is to send my spreadsheet for the calculations to the DoC.
Obviously, the current standings would be nice to
know, but they're not essential for T3 entry or seedings (if my
understanding is
correct)
