Again, for the eighth year in a row, it is our pleasure to invite you to our indoor Ultimate Frisbee tournament ? Devils? Heaven 2004 ? hosted by Disc Devils Twente. The tournament will take place on the 6th and 7th of March 2004. For those who don?t yet know, Devils? Heaven is hosted at the campus of our university, the University of Twente in Enschede. The sports centre is centrally located and the party ? at the new and improved ?VestingBar? ? is at crawling distance from your sleeping bags. Due to renovation work, dinner will be a full eight minute walk and we apologize for this ;-) The past years the roster has seen many strong foreign and Dutch teams and this year we don?t expect anything less! For more information check out the ?Hall of Fame? on the tournament website (see link below). Again we can invite only 16 teams and therefore we can invite only one team per club. At least eight spots will go to foreign teams to ensure a good international mix. The tournament fees for Devils? Heaven 2004 have been set at 100 EUR team fee and 17 EUR player?s fee. For this you get: - dinner, party and a place to sleep on Saturday evening; - breakfast/lunch on Sunday morning; - 8 matches of Ultimate Frisbee (about 200 minutes); - and each player goes home with a tournament disc. For those teams that have to travel long distances we can arrange accommodation on Friday night in comfy log cabins. Your team can register at our website (http://www.discdevilstwente.nl/heaven/registration) through filling in the registration form (make sure you receive a confirmation email!). The registration procedure is basically the same as last year?s: - registration is via our website only, starting now! (Monday December 1st); - registration most likely closes Wednesday December 10th at midnight; - before Monday December 15th at noon teams receive a message whether they can participate or are on the waiting list. The same information will be put on the website too; - participating teams get until Friday January 9th to pay (payment information will follow), so NO payment is necessary before you know your team can participate; - teams on the waiting list can join when a participating team withdraws or fails to pay in time.
