Hi ultimate lovers from all of Europe, The COMETS & the MOONCATCHERS, the 2 junior teams (and Open too) of Brussels are organising the 1st Brussels International JUNIOR Ultimate Tournament the 17th & 18th of April 2004. International tournaments for juniors being very rare (almost inexistant), and Brussels having two junior teams, we would like to give young players the opportunity to meet each other and get some game experience. The two clubs have already organised together an international mixed tournament in Brussels last October, which was a great success. We decided to try to renew the event for juniors, probably on a similar small format (8 teams), which allows a round-robin and a lot of playing time. The players-fee for the mixed tournament was 50 euros (no team-fee), but we should be able to low down this one to 40 euros, including 2 nights in a gym, 2 breakfasts, home-made dinner on saturday evening, players'kit, etc. We have very little information about the junior teams existing in other countries. So we ask you to forward this invitation to any junior team you know - if they are not interested, they can at least give us their adress (for further events). On the other hand, teams who are interested should inform us before Christmas, if possible; first, because we need to book the site before the end of the year, second, to ensure a spot to the teams who confirm early. We are very excited at the idea that an event for juniors will take place, and we hope to have a lot of replies. Thank you for helping us in that task.
