All you folk out there with Sports Science qualifications and such like:
Has anyone come up with a frisbee-specific fitness regime? Do we need lots of endurance at a fast jog, or is it best to do lots of 50 - 100 metre all-out sprints, and try to improve recovery time between them? What sort of muscles should people be working in the gym, and at what sort of repetitions?
All ideas gratefully accepted by a lazy old man, so I can tell people how not to end up as unfit as me.
