Rob (et al), My apologies for that choice of words - that and the word 'interesting' was my attempt to imply that the results on the website (which I've since learnt are wrong) indicated another close fought, ugly game between a GB team and the Swedes - and I wanted to hear more.
All of the top UK teams always have my support - and I chose to email BD because I thought others would be interested to hear about Clapham's success in this years elite European Champions League. Clapham especially have set the standard for the rest of us in the UK over the last few years and I always give them my full respect (even when playing against them) - especially internationally. Every Ultimate playing individual and team in this country is important to our sport - and both personally and in a UKU capacity I try to demonstrate my support for ALL teams by giving up most of my free time doing my meagre best to help run things at a local, national and international level. My apologies again if my poor attempt at humour implied the opposite in any way.
