Hey Guys, Please do excuse the tardiness of the Fish, but we have it sorted, so here are the important details. You do have a place to stay. We will have 30 people sleeping in the pavilion by the rugby pitches for both friday and saturday nights. Also, we have space in one of the Fylde Lecture theatres for thirty more people on Saturday night. Showers and changing areas are available all weekend at the pavilion. We have three pitches booked, the college pitches by the astroturf for both Saturday and Sunday, plus the possibility of the university pitches on Saturday and Sunday morning. We are trying to sort a BBQ that will be included in the price for the team on Sunday, hopefully we will make that fly.
For the party, we are going to have a get together for people arriving Friday at one of the college bars. We're stilling ironing out the details for Saturday, so I will post that information as soon as I get it. We will be selling fish discs as well, so you will have something to remember your team glory at our humble tournament. We will probably be selling them at �10 each. Overall, cost is going to be �100 per team. This includes non- camping accomodations, showers and toilets, and a BBQ on Sunday, plus some high quality ultimate (hopefully).
