My name is Matt Smith, and as part of my MSc I am carrying out a study on the leadership of ultimate captains.
I wanted to say a big thank you to all the people who I met during the weekend at the indoor nationals in Bath, for their positive responses and a willingness to complete questionnaires. Only through the quality of responses I receive will my study be a valuable and revealing insight into the relationship of leadership behaviours and the way ultimate teams interact.
I am looking forward to tour 1 in Bristol, where I hope to meet up with more teams and speak to you about my study.
Cheers
Matt
