Thanks guys, apologies most definitely accepted. In retrospect I can
see that you guys weren't being serious, and that my reply was perhaps
a little bit of an overreaction. I certainly didn't want to stir up an
argument or create some kind of Britdisc feud, i just got held by the
grip of my DUF patriotism and felt an instinctive need to defend the
Hat. But since you weren't attacking it anyway, looks like i'm the
fool. I really hope the air's clear between us and that we won't let
anything as petty as this damage our relations in future.
