I am sorry to say that I had some property stolen from my tent on the Sunday of this years BritOpen.
I was "relieved" of my rucksack and it's entire contents leaving to make the four and a half hour drive home in my stinking kit as I wasn't even left with a change of clothes or towel!! Fortunately, I had taken all my "valuables" (wallet, digital camera, mobile phone etc.) pitchside and as a result have only lost clothing etc. The list of what I've had taken is to long to bore you with but if anyone has found any items of clothing etc. then please either let the BritOpen crew have them or get in contact with myself... I am aware that I am not the only person who suffered such a loss at the tourney and as a result would like to encourage anybody else that has had property taken to report it - preferably to Sussex Police (0845 6070999). Cheers, Jim.
