Yesterday Clapham matched up against Flying Angels
from Switzerland in the game of the tournament so far.
The game meant nothing in terms of seeding but
mentally meant everything as it could well be the
final.
There must have been 4 maybe 5 turnovers in the first
half with Angels taking it 9-8. More trading to 13-13
then Clapham finally sussed out the Angels offense and
took the game 17-14.
This leaves Clapham, Angels, Sippo odd stars(finland)
and Zamperi (germany) in the top 4 spots.
Leeds and Chevron are both playing as i write, and
this could set up a Clapham-Leeds Quater final.
Fire were knocked out yesterday.
In womens Bliss beat Iceni but both are looking very
strong.
Hope that's vaguely interesting
Colin
