Dear Britdisc,
Due to some of the mails I have received after my last email I thought that I
should expand a little and explain WHY I feel that the lack of entering the
tour by now is unacceptable.
1) The tour dates have been fixed for approximately 9 months, so even
though the venues has been up in the air teams should have had a idea of if
they can attend.
2) The short notice of where the tours would be has been down to the lack
of bids to host ½ a tour on the proposed dates
3) If you are struggling to get hold of your team / or confirm numbers for
the tour, them let the TDs know that you are intending to come anyway. That
way they have a fighting chance of getting the right amounts of food to the
pitches etc
I am sorry if I offended anyone. That was not my intention!
