Potential TDs and other interested parties,
You should be aware that next season there will be three Mixed Tours and
Mixed Nationals held between April and June inclusive. The expansion of the
Mixed Tour means that this year we are looking for venues with a minimum of
8 pitches for all events. Although the provisional calender has been
published with preferred dates, we will consider any bids that fall between
1st/2nd April and 24/25 June.

please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any queries or questions.
As a guide, the key elements the Mixed Committee will be looking for are 8
pitches (but please indicate where more is possible), good conditions to
play Ultimate in i.e. flat pitches without holes, obstacles etc, local
camping or other cheap accommodation, the provision of local facilities, and
staff dedicated to running the event. Our aim is to provide a more
professional Mixed Tour and we will strongly support TDs in making this
possible.
Given the late notice (for which apologies), time is of the essence and so
an early indication of a possible bid, by 6 December, would be appreciated.
