Dear Women of the South,
Ltd Release will be holding a women's practice on Sunday 5 February 2006.
The practice is open to all experience levels and will concentrate on disc
skills, cutting, and defence strategies; so if you are keen to learn more about
throwing, making great grabs, faking out your defence and generally getting
your confidence up, this is the time and place to do it!!
The practice will be at Southampton Sports Centre, Bassett - alongside the
usual Ltd Release practice. Directions can be found on our website:

Please arrive at 12 noon so we can plan the afternoon. The session should
run until 3.30pm, then some well-earned drinks at the bar!
