I'm helping start up an after school frisbee club for some very keen kids at a
school in SE london, and wondered if there's some people who fancied coming
along to the first session to help out...
We'd love to be able to show the kids a real game (rather than watching a
DVD) to give them an idea (and get them hooked!) of the game so could do with
some more people...
On offer is a chance to promote our sport, help start something that should
last well beyond our ultimate careers, and a BBQ & Beers afterwards as a reward.
We've been given a slot on next Tuesday (13th) from 3:45pm - sorry for the
short notice. The school is Haberdasher Aske's in New Cross Gate, but the
nearest station to the fields is Nunhead (Zone 2 - british rail, 15mins from
victoria/blackfriars) or Brockley (from london bridge)
So if there's anyone out there with a free afternoon on tuesday, please get
in contact - we'd really appreciate it - and so will the kids!
