Some people won't be surprised to hear that I have tentatively started work on
such a project, but given the amount of time I already dedicate to Ultimate in
various guises, and that I spend my entire working day coding anyway, I haven't
got much beyond some initial TDD work. Essentially, my approach to database
design is too affected by the Stored Procedure environment that I've worked
with as a second-stage developer, but not gained enough experience of first
hand. So...

Who out there has the requisite skills to contribute to this, whether in an
advisory or practical role, and who genuinely thinks they've got the time to
invest? One of the reasons I'm looking to be replaced in at least one of my
UKUA responsibilities (the Awards Administrator) is because I'd like to put
some time in on a scheduling program, but that's unlikely to happen until next
year at the earliest.
