1. If you have not sent us a cheque yet, please let us know if you
are coming ASAP, as we need to decide how many pitches to book. We
may not be able to change the amount of pitches later, so if you
don't let us know now, we might have to turn you away later!
2. Due to some chav's getting into the student nationals (at this
venue) and nicking stuff, we have had to hire security guards to
guard the gate. They will have a big dog. YOU WILL NOT GET IN WITHOUT
A PLAYER PASS. You can download these and print them yourself from

It's a 2mb pdf with 8 passes on one A4 page. I suggest that one
person (with a fast internet connection and a printer) downloads it
and prints passes for the whole team. We will not be handing out
passes at the event.
