This is a quick email to remind you that a survey has been set-up at the following link where you can register your opinion on Tour Structure (and specifically the "split vs integrated" question.) http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.asp?u=612102489026. The survey takes just seconds to complete, and will be a useful source of data for the UKUA Board to refer to when further discussing Tour 2007. I would urge you to register your view if you feel strongly in either direction. The amount of general discussion that has occurred regarding the season format makes it likely that it will the subject of further debate at the next Board meeting. Please note however that there is time pressure on this decision from the perspective of finalising tournaments bids for 2007, which was the prime motivation for pushing to make a decision as quickly as possible at the last meeting. May I also ask that a team-contact from each team fill in the same survey, but under the "Your Team" section, please write "Team Contact for [insert your team's name]". It is hoped that each team-contact will consult with their teammates/committee before filling in the survey on their team's behalf. The goal of this approach is to try to give a voice both to individuals and to teams. Please email me if you have any questions regarding this survey. The deadline for filling in this survey is 5pm Wednesday August 30. I would like to thank the volunteers that jumped forwards to find a way to collect this information, and to others that also volunteered to help in some way or other. So now seems like a good opportunity to say that if there are any areas where you feel strongly or feel you could help the UKUA in some way please don't hesitate to contact me.
