Just to let Winter League organisers know, other tournament
organisers have been working on the assumption that WLs will be the
second week of each month. This is the 'traditional' weekend, since
it doesn't involve playing on Jan 1st. Please, if you could, stick to
these dates, 'cos it makes everyone's life easier...
