Hi I'd like to organise a dinner / ball for the 30th Anniversary of Warwick Bears. I'm looking for anyone that has information on the 25th Anniversary and also anyone else that has held a similar event. In particular, I'd like to know:
- How many people attended - Where it was held - Entertainment (band / DJ etc) - General feedback from the night The main problem I'm having is with numbers - nowhere can give me a quote without a rough idea of numbers, yet I have no idea how many ex-bears / friends of bears / wives / husbands / hangers-on are out there!
