Hi all,
LeedsLeedsLeeds held the first skills day in the North of England on Sunday
28th January. It was a great success with participants travelling from
Lancaster, Bradford, Sheffield, Hull, Leeds, York, Durham, Newcastle and
Liverpool. Skills talked about at the session were man defence, forces,
cutting, throwing, laying out and break the force. Thank you very much to all
those who attended or helped. I have already received plenty of feedback which
will be incorporated into future sessions.
