We are accepting rival bids to host CWIN until 10 days from now - 16th Feb. Your bid is recommended to be for the weekend of March 3rd/4th, but this may be impossible at such short notice so any other dates will also be considered (however clashes will be taken into account). Please include info about the following stuff in your bid: date, location, pitch time available, hall sizes, venue info, food options, evening arrangements, accomodation, first aid, and any other relevent info.
